Our Products

All items are handmade using pipe cleaners (also known as twist sticks) and are shaped and assembled entirely by hand in our Auckland studio. Each piece is individually crafted rather than mass-produced, so small variations in shape, size, and detail are expected and are considered part of the handmade nature of the product rather than defects. Our designs focus on form, color balance, and stability for display and gifting purposes; they are not toys and are not intended for rough handling or for children under 3 years old. Where multiple colors or styles are available, selections are made at checkout, and for custom requests or bulk orders, please contact us before purchasing.

Making & Shipping

All products are made to order unless otherwise stated, with most orders completed within 1–3 business days; more complex or custom designs may require additional time, which will be confirmed after purchase. Orders are shipped from Auckland, New Zealand, with domestic orders typically sent via tracked courier and international shipping options and estimates shown at checkout. Tracking details are provided once the order is dispatched, while delivery times may vary due to courier workload or customs processing and are outside our direct control. Items are carefully packaged to maintain their shape during transit, though minor adjustments after unpacking (such as gently reshaping petals or stems) are normal for pipe cleaner crafts. If an order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist.
