How Ordering & Delivery Works

How to order

  1. Choose your product and select the available options.
  2. Add the item to your cart.
  3. At checkout, enter your delivery details or choose an available pickup option.
  4. Review your order and complete payment.
  5. You will receive an order confirmation after checkout.

Dispatch time

We will begin preparing your order as soon as we receive it. Preparation time may vary depending on the size and complexity of the bouquet, but orders are generally completed and dispatched within 2 working days.

Delivery

Once your order is ready, we will pack it securely in a sturdy cardboard box and send it on its way. We proudly use recycled boxes to help support a more sustainable Aotearoa.

Our default delivery partners are NZ Post and Aramex. We will select the carrier best suited to your address. If your address has any special delivery requirements, please include them in the order notes when placing your order.

Please provide the correct recipient name, mobile number, and accurate delivery instructions to help ensure your order arrives on time.

Available delivery methods and shipping charges are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

Delivery time begins after dispatch and varies depending on the destination and carrier. Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.

If no delivery option is available for your address, please contact us before ordering.

Local Pickup

If you select pickup when placing your order, please make sure you are able to collect it from our pickup location on Auckland’s North Shore. After your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange a pickup time.

Please note that our pickup location is for order collection only and is NOT a retail store open to the public.
