Say Bonjour!
On 21 March 2026, Velora was invited to join Vive La France 2026, a French-themed community celebration in Milford, Auckland.
The event brought together local artists, handmade craft stalls, live music performers, and food trucks. It was a lovely day for the community to come together, enjoy good food and music, and discover local handmade creations.
To celebrate the French theme, we prepared a special collection of handmade iris bouquets, inspired by the flower's connection to French culture. Each bouquet was carefully made, bringing our own little touch to the celebration.
We really enjoyed meeting visitors, chatting with other local makers, and sharing our flowers with the Milford community.
A big thank you to the organisers for inviting us and to everyone who stopped by our stall. We hope to see you again at future community events!
Vive La France was also featured in the 6 March 2026 edition of The Rangitoto Observer (page 10), where Velora was mentioned as one of the participating stallholders.
